BentoMind is made by one developer. Every email is read by a human. There's no ticket system and no bot.
Reporting a bug?
Including these helps us fix it much faster:
- Phone model, RAM and Android version
- BentoMind version (Settings → About)
- The model you were using, and whether it was on-device or remote
- What you did, what happened, and what you expected
- A screenshot or screen recording if you can (please hide personal info)
Report an AI response
AI models can produce wrong, harmful or offensive answers. If BentoMind gives you a response like that, please report it. Reports help us choose safer models, tune system prompts and improve the app. Because BentoMind runs on your phone, we can't see your chats, so a report only reaches us if you send it.
Report a response- 1 In the app, tap the flag icon under the response.
- 2 Pick a reason (inaccurate, harmful, offensive, privacy or other) and add a comment if you like.
- 3 Your email app opens with the prompt, response and model filled in — review it and send. Nothing is sent automatically.
- Only share what you're comfortable with. Remove personal details from screenshots before sending. An in-app report button is coming in a future update.
